Your driver on Cross Bronx expressway is an idiot! Doesn’t follow driving rules. Almost crash into him, I should have and then sue him and your company! I have the video too if you want to see him reckless driving. Speak and reprimand your employees, their mistakes can cost your company a lot (Saturday 06/29) whoever was driving this day

My building has a pair of elevators from here and they are terrible. The programming is idiotic and semi synchronized such that the already slow elevators wait for another elevator to reach the floor you're waiting at before coming even if the other elevator is going the opposite direction of the button you pushed. They have elevator set to always return to the lobby and that's also the one that comes first if there is a choice but then they went and closed off that elevator from my floor for "preventative maintenance and have left it completely alone for a few days now. I just had to go up to the 6th floor to take the elevator that was sitting there back to the third because since the one that they closed off my floor on is the default lobby elevator the other one wouldn't come even if I sent the other one up and pushed the button to call an elevator down as the default was going up because it automatically sends itself back down after. And this is just one time. There are mornings when it takes over five minutes for an elevator to come to go downstairs which is insane for a pair elevators in a 6 story building.

In summary- building owners, I advise you to use some other company and your tenants will be much happier with you

Installed elevators in our building that almost immediately began corroding with chipping paint and rust. Kept passing the buck and no solution. A real eyesore in a costly renovation. Avoid.

Not sure if it’s Champion or their relationship with Parkchester Preservation MGMT, but the elevators they fix always break down. ALWAYS. The fixes seem to last about a month and then the same issues arise. Maybe Champion hires less than capable workers, or maybe they hate serving communities in less affluent areas - either way, businesses should strongly reconsider any contracts with this company.

It would be nice if one of your workers wasn’t so inconsiderate and play really loud music in elechester. People are usually trying to get rest for overnight jobs and in general at that time. I’m sure this person doesn’t live in this area so they don’t really care.
