If you want standard, beige tiling, this is probably not the place for you. Walking into this store is like expanding your mind and imagination, without ingesting anything illegal. The only issue you may have is making a decision- so many options, so much inspiration. Or maybe sticking to your budget, if you have one… Regardless, this place is simply extraordinary, with excellent, friendly service ‘con brio’ to match!

Terrible experience start to finish. Late deliveries, wrong materials, poor instructions and tiles did not perform as promised. They do not stand behind their product.
Note that the positive reviews here are recent and quite obviously done by Bisazza to dilute the many brutal reviews.

Buyer beware. We made the unfortunate mistake of using Bisazza tiles in all three of our bathrooms in a recent renovation. Our architects ordered tiles directly from the store, in person. Our contractor hired the only tile installer Bisazza recommends in New York City (their so-called "maestro", at an upcharge. The orders were delayed by months, and when they did arrive, tiles from mismatched batches were sent and had to be reordered causing further delay. The gradient tiles were also mislabeled, which caused errors in installation, even by their "maestro" installer. Even more disastrous, floor tile installed in a master bath with a continuous walk-in shower permanently discolored after a SINGLE use. Bisazza has been extremely unhelpful, refusing to take responsibility. They have responded that their website has a disclaimer about color variation. They've also responded, rather sarcastically, that glass is transparent and therefore with glass tile it is expected that you can see through it. They've blamed their own recommended installer, and they blamed the architect for not ordering the correct materials. They've thrown every possible excuse which pretty much sums up that you shouldn't use their product in a location where you expect it to get wet. This is a very technical product with very specific materials - thinset, fill gel, installation kit, etc that you must order all from them. Our architects followed all of their recommendations, down to everything on their multi-page order form and their pricey installer., Despite the supposed luxury product and professionals involved, a result like this is tragic. Don't let their glitzy showroom fool you. They have no capacity to support their own product to ensure customer success. Use at your own risk. All the pictures were taken dry, days after a single use...and the floor is permanently stained 2 years later.
To address Bisazza's misleading response. The case was never heard. It was dismissed on a technicality that required the general contractor to bring the claim, "with prejudice" which is the law term that means it can/will be re-opened.

Ever have a sense that a business is going to have exactly what you want just from walking in? That's how I felt when I first entered Bisazza. The showroom itself was stunning and I was immediately impressed not only with the selection but also with the layout and presentation. I was helped by a very knowledgeable and friendly young woman with great hair. She helped me in picking some promising samples and the end results in our fireplace speak for themselves. The way our studio lighting plays on the tiles is perhaps our favorite part. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the service and tiles.

I am looking to remodel my kitchen in Brooklyn and came to the showroom to get some information and inspirations. The reps gave me very helpful guidance, samples and a plan to follow up for next steps!

Stopped by the store during opening hours but it was locked up tight like a drum. Called and got a recording telling me the opening hours and days, of which that was one. No one there. No sign saying back in five. Waited fifteen minutes but then left. I don't really know how to rate that, but it is kind of a bad sign.

The worst customer service experience of any vendor involved in my gut renovation project. Took 2 weeks just to get shipping and pricing information for a bathroom vanity and sink for what I told them was a time sensitive project. Getting emails answered took days and was like pulling teeth. Phones are even worse...they basically don't answer their phones during their official business hours. Finally after 2 weeks of trying to get basic information I'm told that they don't have the option to use sea freight for my particular order (a small vanity with accessories and a sink costing over $6000) AND air freight will cost over $1100! For a luxury vendor they have done everything to make the experience of shopping with them supremely unpleasant. Honestly these people are acting like they don't want to sell their products...you have to beg them to sell you the stuff. Absurd!
