Not enough good words for tile selection, advice, customer service and follow up. Billy and Diana were very helpful selecting tiles for our bathrooms and kitchen. When we ran short, Diana speedily arranged for extra tiles. Their countertop service led by Gina was also efficient. In short, a rare bright spot in our apartment renovations. Highly recommended.

Difficult and provided lots of misinformation.
They broke a lot of our tile by accidentally throwing it in the trash in their warehouse and had to reorder.
They never gave us the promised refund on returned tile.
