I have yet to place an order for tiles so I can’t comment on that process. But I do want to rave about Christina, one of the showroom associates. She was extremely helpful and patient throughout my design process. I would highly recommend working with her! Hopefully the ordering and shipment process will be as smooth as the service I received in the showroom. Edit: I ran into a lot of hiccups due to firing my previous contractor and hiring a new one. Shercelle, a customer service rep, was seriously so helpful throughout the process of it all.

I am so pleased that I have used Daltiles. They are beautiful and the showroom design consultants are just the very best. I was short 72 bullnose tiles due to bathroom design modification in my 5th Ave. apartment renovation and our contractors were leavings for their annual 2 weeks vacation to Greece. Amy at Daltiles came through for me and located what we needed urgently and even called me at home to let me know!!! I have used many tile companies in lower manhattan, but the design consultants at Daltile are the only place I will EVER go to. They are the BEST!!! Thank you Amy❤️

I renovated the bathroom in my Upper West Side Co-Op apartment and (after visiting three or four tile showrooms) ended up using Daltile. It was a good experience throughout and the floor manager who helped me (Nneka) was fantastic. She listened to what I was interested in -- and what my tastes were (traditional!) -- and used that information to come up with a great set of suggestions (for wall tiles, floor, shower floor, bullnose). I visited the storeroom three or four times over the course of a month to finalize decisions and Nneka was patient with my need to re-consider and re-discuss things. I also appreciated Nneka's being willing (when I asked) to offer an opinion on things that were outside of her formal purview (like wall paint colors). She has a great eye and it was reassuring to have her as a sort of "uber advisor" on the design aspects of my project.
