I called Bens Rolling gates based on the great reviews and I'm glad I did!
Antonio is very professional and helpful with designing my new automatic rolling gate. He completed the job in a quick & timely matter and the ability to see through the gate even when it is closed but still have it secured is amazing. Bens Rolling gates had the best price and I highly recommend them if you need rolling gate repair or install in the Upper East area! To find local contractors in 2023 that come on time, clean everything, and take your call any time of the day is not obvious.

We've used Bens Rolling gates on 4 occasions to replace belts on the electrical rolling gate and we were pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. We have always dealt with Mario. Our rolling gate began malfunctioning again and when Mario came out and looked at the mechanism, he said the circuit board was dead. He presented us with options and we decided it was time to replace the motor and the gate (It has been 25+ years).
Mario presented options for materials for the gate, colors, and styles, informed us of required safety mechanisms, and presented optional mechanisms. He answered our questions honestly and did not attempt to pressure us into purchasing costly add rolling gates.
The next day, Mario emailed us pictures of different gates. When our decision was made, he came out to take measurements for our new gate and returned that same evening to go over everything with us. Delivery of the new gate and motor was quick and installation went smoothly.
We highly recommend Bens Rolling gates.
