Josh and his team at Crestview Public Adjusters were extremely easy to work with. A tree fell on our house after a storm and I reached out to Josh and he went to work right away. He made the process really easy and answered all of my questions. His team took care of everything and the results were excellent.

Crestview was an absolute pleasure to work with. We got a call from a long term commercial tenant at 6am the morning after Hurricane IDA saying there is 4 ft of water filling up the space and that they were doing a walk through that day to sell their business. Crestview got their contractors over right away . We were able to prevent a lot of damage due to their quick response. Once onsite, they assessed all of the damage, we discussed rebuild plans and there was little for me to do as a landlord other than cash a check. Josh's assessments' were accurate and he was easy to communicate with. They also took a holistic approach to maximize my payout and even got the physical payment expedited so we can begin the rebuild. I would definitely use them again.

Crestview was suggested to us by a neighbor who was very pleased with their assistance in filing a previous homeowners claim on their behalf. This past holiday season we had some damages from heavy winds and for the first time in 35+ years figured it was a better time than any to file a claim. We reached out to Crestview and they handled everything from their own assessment of damages, water damage testing, temporary risk mitigation (temporary coverings to roofing), etc. They handled all of it and we didn’t have to do much of anything besides correspond when questions came up. The process was quick and we are very pleased with our outcome.

We had an amazing experience working with Josh at Crestview. The first time he came to assess the damage he had a high end drone which was able to fly over our home making sure he didn’t miss any damage to our house. It was a true pleasure working work Creativew. We will recommend Josh to everyone we know who needs an adjuster.
