We were so devastated when our restaurant burned down last year and we find it hard to understand what losses our insurance company will pay. However, one of our customers, referred us to a public adjuster, Brian Evans, of Eastern Public Property claim and Risk Management. Brian walked us through our policy and explained to us in details what is covered and how to approach the insurance company. We discovered that we were under insured and to rebuild our restaurant, we need double what our policy would pay out. Fortunately, with Brian's help, we managed to squeeze an additional 50% more from insurance; which reduces the amount by thousands of dollars to rebuild! Brian also offered to help analyze the insurance coverage for our other stores so we will not be caught under insured again - for Free. What great service!!

We will use Brian and Eastern Public if something unfortunate happened to us again and we whole heartedly will recommend this company.

Excellent service! The team went above and beyond and did an outstanding job!!!
I highly recommend hiring Brian and his team, they helped us so much throughout the entire process and made it so seamless. Once they took over the case we didn’t have to deal with the insurance company and that was such a weight off our shoulders. They also were able to maximize the claim by analyzing all the provisions in our contract and leveraging their deep understanding of insurance regulations.

Brian C. Evans is an exemplary professional -- knowledgeable, helpful, so considerate during a stressful time, and very effective.
I had never had the occasion to engage a Public Adjuster, but my experience with Brian Evans and his organization, including the wonderful Office Manager, Marla Reilly, who, like Brian is so responsive and responsible, was eye-opening.

Brian and his team at Eastern Public were essential to navigating the insurance recovery process after a fire gutted my partner’s Queens, NY family home. Post fire so many adjusters reach out ‘offering help’. The ones that chase fires are not the ones you want to hire. We found Eastern Public after doing due diligence online and were not disappointed. We can’t thank Brian enough for guiding us and making himself available to answer our questions every step of the way. Negotiating with an insurance company is a full-time job and best left to a professional. Brian’s level of professionalism, skilled communication and industry knowledge have proved invaluable. Our experience was very positive working with Brian at Eastern Public. We had an unfortunate situation where we had water damage to our apt. and Brian was brought in to help consult on the situation with our contractors. He was prompt in his responses in scheduling the meeting and was prepared with the background info on the property and with the tools needed to assess. He was extremely thorough in his evaluation of the siutation and had lots of great advice for us. What I was most impressed with is that he stated he did not believe his services were needed further in our situation but offered to help in any way he could with partnering us with others who may help. I felt that he displayed a lot of integrity by not unnecessarily telling us we needed to retain his firms services. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing these types of services in the future!
