Wow. And once again wow. Chris, He is the one and only, his service is excellent, he is honest and trustworthy, very professional. Very helpful. I came to their business, he assisted me in testing a camera, sold me products perfectly adapted to my needs. I highly recommend buying from the store chric.

I ordered a lens from them that was in stock at 12 o'clock and their policy on shipping said anything that is processed before 2 in the afternoon will get sent that day. I spent 20 plus dollars for 2 Day Air 3 days went by, with no email confirmation. Went to the website all the phone numbers kept going to voicemail, which all the voicemail boxes were full. Had to do a Google search to find the company in New York and call them directly. Apparently my order was never processed. The lady on the phone told me that my order was grouped to go out to Long Island, and I live in NH. Customer service was great and she was very helpful but as far as their online store horrible!
