Spoke with Ashley at the parts counter about a water pump. I was in the shop working with two other people she was on speakerphone and she had mentioned the water pump was $60 sum thing. When I received a call that the water pump was in, I sent someone to pick it up because there were in Plattsburgh. Ashley charged the water pump on my credit card without me verifying or signing for it when the water pump showed up at the shop. I looked at the receipt and realized they charge me $843 when I called in to see what the deal was Ashley was very rude And screaming at me saying that I was wrong when I had two other people in the shop that heard her say $60 I don’t know if she was talking to me directly on the phone or was talking to somebody at the dealership when she had me on the phone but I was under the impression it was $60 She ended up hanging up the phone before we could resolve the issue. I’ve been dealing with Bobcat since Wilson‘s owned the dealership 30+ years ago and never once have I had a problem until dealing with this Bobcat and Plattsburgh. Apparently Ashley never makes a mistake and is never wrong And wants to take it out on the people that are willing to spend money there I will never ever ever step foot in that place again. When she was refusing to give me my money back, I opened up the box to see about putting the water pump on my machine and this water pump does not fit when I brought it back down to them. They told me they couldn’t take it back without pictures proof evidence that it doesn’t fit my machine. What a runaround, these people do to people to try to steal money from them. Caterpillar is a piece of equipment as well as Bobcat I will never own a piece of Bobcat equipment again or rent from Bobcat ever again. I had such a good run with them over 30 years worth of business to be ruined by somebody that was having a bad day. Ashley also went on Facebook bashing me on social media. I guess this is the way they treat their clients.
