Overall

Switching to Banton for all things related to our elevator was probably one of the best decisions we made. The service level and customer service qualities, like responsiveness, expertise, proactive scheduling, and professionalism at every layer, are just top notch.

Wish they can expand to cover other systems that require regularly scheduled management to lighten up our load.

Overall

This is the best elevator company in the world. With high professionalism, Lynn and Elton Banton are amazing soul people. Any question, any request is treated carefully, kindly. Any problem is solved instantly! Somehow, magically, they are able to find very profitable quotas, doing it with great desire. Even our language barrier is not an obstacle to communication. I highly recommend everyone to cooperate with this wonderful team!

Banton Elevator provides an excellent service; they’re trustworthy, maintain integrity, priced appropriately, timely, considerate, professional, and addressed our business needs. This is a BBB-accredited company, so I found them through the BBB website. We are a bakery and have a freight elevator that stopped working, and after looking at reviews, I took the chance and called this company.

The whole team was courteous and professional from the first call onward. Around an hour after the initial call, a representative made it to our business, assessed our needs, and began the repairs. I know nothing about elevators beyond how to press the buttons, but the team maintained clear communication and kept me abreast of progress while using terminology I understood.

Along with other repairs, a part needed to be removed and brought to a shop for further repair, which was done quickly. Credit card payment was accepted, which put me at ease since this was our first time working with them. For decades the alignment of the elevator was off as well, causing it to rub against the wall and ceiling, which they also fixed.

The repair took place BOM August 2022, and it is now BOM October 2022, and everything continues to run smoothly even though we had a flood recently with heavy rains. We had a 12.5-ton ingredients delivery last week, which a portion of was put on the elevator making my team’s job easier. I highly recommend this company's services, and I hope you've found this review as helpful as I have found others to move forward with this company.

Do not look any further! It is a great pleasure doing business with a reliable company that knows our elevator needs and is on top of all aspects of suggesting what is necessary to improve our building requirements. Since day one, the Banton elevator company has shown professionalism, and we highly recommend their service because they are knowledgeable, courteous, always on time, and have reasonable prices. Aside from that, there is no wasting time around like some other companies do to profit themselves. Keep up the excellent work, Banton's team!
