BG has been been wonderful to deal with. The owner has done a great job communicating through the process. He has dealt with a tough building department to pull permits and has organized and suggested subcontractors to help out as well. Even when we ran into an issue with the electric, he put on a band aid so we could use the pool until the electrician could come out. They were very flexible to make some adjustments on the fly as well.
His crew did a great job and was meticulous with their clean up every day. Throughout the process, we were very happy with the timeframe, work and clean up. You can tell he cares about the entire process and is very friendly to deal with. If we would ever have to put in another pool, or someone wants to put one in, we would definitely go with this company again or recommend it to anyone else.

I could write a book about Brian and his company and his professionalism and it wouldn't be enough. Right from the beginning, we could tell he was the right choice. He was thorough, punctual, honest, and just all around personable. As far as the pool, what should have a quick project turned into a nightmare for him... And to no fault of Brian. He faced every challenge, and there were many, with patience and determination. Not to mention every problem that came up ate into his bottom line and he never complained about it or put it back on us. He's still helping us to this day and our pool went in last year. There honestly is no one else you would want to do your pool. Brian and Matt are both great people and they're exceptional at their jobs. Don't even bother looking elsewhere. You won't be disappointed. Have yet to have a bad encounter with the guy.

I am thrilled with the exceptional pool they created, and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a top-notch pool contractor.
Brian was one of so many who called back right away, was honest and upfront regarding installation process, waiting period, ordering pool equipment, cost etc. He is the most reliable person out there - we interviewed couple others and none of them created same impression.
Right from the start, Brian impressed me with knowledge and understanding of my vision. He took the time to listen attentively to my ideas, preferences, and requirements, ensuring they captured every detail.
The entire construction process was meticulously managed and executed. Brian and Matt demonstrated dedication to quality, ensuring that every aspect of the project was completed to the highest standards. Their team of skilled professionals worked diligently, displaying superb craftsmanship and attention to detail at every step.
He kept us in the loop, updating on every step of the process. Making sure we understand what is going to happen next.
They provided us with comprehensive guidance on pool maintenance, ensuring that we understood how to keep our pool in pristine condition. Their commitment to excellence didn't end with the completion of the project but extended to ensuring my long-term satisfaction.

The process for looking for a pool company was quite stressful. We had talked to a few different pool contractors and started thinking we shouldn’t do it at all because we either had outrageous quotes come back or had no confidence in the company’s ability, until we found BG Contracting. From our first meeting with Brian, we both felt extremely comfortable and confident we would get the best pool, for the best price, but most importantly that it would be built right and to high standards. Brian was the best communicator throughout the entire process. When selecting what we wanted, he gave his honest opinion on what he’s experienced and found to be the most desirable options for cost effective long term maintenance, and what is easiest for pool owners…especially owners that didn’t know anything about pools to begin with! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Brian walked us through each step of the process so everything was ready when the weather broke and it was time to dig. We cannot stress enough at how well Brian communicated with us, he always let us know when and what he was doing each day. Brian and Matt worked as much as they could, regardless of rain, the solar eclipse, or even if it was a Saturday. The pool was up and running so quickly we couldn’t believe it, even with all crappy weather we had. We had a pool in approximately 2 weeks! Brian was the best to work with and completely surpassed all our expectations in every way. He is running an incredible business and we are so lucky to have worked with BG Contracting. Brian and Matt provided us with a beautiful pool that we can’t wait to enjoy this summer and for many years to come! Thank you so much!!

I had spoken to a few other pool companies, whom ended up being surprisingly unresponsive to even get an estimate. I was referred BG Contacting by someone who had a pool installed the year prior. They said how pleased they were with the process from beginning to end.
I can’t say how pleased I am with BG Contracting’s professionalism, responsiveness, communication, transparency, and the work they accomplished. As nervous as I was with this being our first pool, they gave me peace of mind.
Brian kept me updated on the process, discussed next steps, ensured I had a complete understanding of “what’s next”, and was always accessible if I had questions. Numerous times, he came back out in person to discuss things with me or to double-check his work.
Brian and his team’s commitment to perfection is apparent in the details, their choice of products, and the relationship they built with me throughout the process.
I cannot be happier with the craftsmanship, and most importantly, he and his team put some huge smiles on my kids’ faces which will last for a long time.
I would recommend BG Contracting to anyone looking to have a professional team install a pool for them.
