This company is by far the BEST not only in the products they sell but exceptional customer service. We are the owners of a small business YardsByRich in clintonville, Ohio and this is our 5th season of business. We have consistently used AgPro in Hilliard for our mower purchases and service. After 2 years of service issues and not having our mower during peak season, a sit down with management and still very little customer service or appreciation… we were done! Too bad for them cause we were in the market for a new mower….10,000+ mower. Buckeye treated my husband as if he had been a customer for years!! 2 free t-shirts on his first trip just for coming in to look around and giving them an opportunity to earn our business. Then, a great deal on our trade-in and an excellent deal on the best ExMark mower EVER!! If that isn’t enough today we came home to a box of cookie brownies and a Exmark thermal stainless steal mug, thanking us for our business!!! THAT MY FRIENDS IS HOW BUSINESS IS DONE!! A Great Upgrade from my original seat!
The installation was very easy without any modifications.

I placed my order : 14 days no update from folks on the shop and I had to follow up thrice and still order is went to back order. I had to travel in person to shop and get the status. Hope to improve customer service!

Service department : gave the mower 14 days back. Same here : I need to follow up every now and then asking what the status of mower. I went in person for the same again to get an answer.

When I visited in person, they were nice answering all the questions , they outlined the reason for delay , they explained about delay with service due to parts unavailability for several days. Hope they provide better customer updates for delay with services or order in takes!

Edit : post this review - the manager immediately contacted me and resolved the service delay quickly and gave my lawn mower the next day itself. Love that prompt customer service to improve immediately based on Google Reviews. Parts ordered was back order still. I’m happy overall with callback to resolve lawn mower service issue at the least immediately. Thank you team!
