Had an issue with a unit that stopped working, first visit Nate attempted to repair but determined unit needs to be replaced.

Service manager contacted manufacturer for warranty claim. Manufacturer requested removal and repair of unit. Service manager was able to convince manufacturer to replace unit.

Dispatch answered calls or returned messages promptly.

Nate and Hasaan returned to install new unit, both respected property, and were polite and efficient.

Nate was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing for my ac maintenance. I've used this company before at the recommendation of my home warranty company when my heat went out in the winter and was very pleased with that technician as well. Even though my home warranty wouldn't cover the repair to my furnace, Budget's price was reasonable. I hope Budget doesn't lose these two men. They were awesome.

I called Luxury Heating and Cooling to schedule an A/C repair one week ago. They said they would be out the next day and I never heard from them again. Today I was driving home and a neighbor had a "budget" van on his driveway. I talked to the tech and got his card. I called for service of a rental home of mine with an A/C issue. I called at 9AM on a BLISTERING hot day in the 90s and there was a tech at my home by 11AM....SAME DAY!!! Nate called me from my rental and gave me the estimate. It wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. Nate had it up and running by 1PM! I talked to Nate and he was very pleasant to talk to. Then I needed to pay the bill and the woman from the office called and she was so sweet with the sexiest accent! What a great experience from start to finish! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
