Overall

Our massive hail damage claim would have never been paid by our insurance company without the diligence of Orion. Our job estimator took 147 photos of the damage and it was his persistence that got our claim paid.
The next phase was the coordination of their various contractors and walking us through what could have been an overwhelming and difficult process. We appreciate the quality of the work and materials.
Our thanks to Aaron and John for their many kindnesses and help. You guys are the best!!

Orion group did a wonderful job on our house. The team worked with us closely to determine the best way for us to make the decisions needed for finishes.

Orion is a wonderful company. They did a stellar job repairing my home after a horrible experience with a pipe burst during the winter. My home was gutted in many rooms down to the studs.

Orion stepped in and brought my house to a better than new condition. I'm serious. It looks like a new house. They worked with me every step of the way - basically holding my hand. I'm a senior citizen and they took away a lot of my fears. My trust in them really paid off.

They were very patient when my insurance company was dragging their heels. Orion even went to bat for me and contacted the insurance company directly and found a very costly oversight the insurance company made that could have cost me a dearly.

I could go on and on singing their praises, but just know that when you need a company who will work for you, you can't go wrong with Orion.

Also, I hired them to do outside work because they did such a great job inside the house.

They are fast, professional, honest and just down right nice.

Back in March 2022 we had a tree fall onto our garage due to a weather related issue. State Farm Insurance linked us with Orion Construction and they came out the following Monday. They were able to get a tree removal company out the same week and the tree was removed with no issue. They also tarped the holes in the roof of the garage. Orion Construction handled the repairs from there and were able to get everything estimated out in a timely fashion. The biggest hold up was with the insurance company. The project took several months to get started due to the State Farm claims department taking longer than expected to get the claim finalized. Once the project started Orion Construction repaired the roof with new wood and newer shingles. They then power washed and painted the garage siding. They then repaired both garage doors. They actually replaced one entirely. Both doors work better than before the incident occured. They actually painted both garage doors as well. Side project also completed - Orion Construction repaired the fascia boards and the gutter on the back of our house. This was due to the gutters hanging off the house due to normal wear and tear. Everyone we worked with was a true professional and easy to talk to. They made the process easy for us. Thank you Orion Construction!
