This is the most customer centric service provider. We installed a fence, for our little Bischon, in July 2023! It was such a good experience - using their techniques- Lulu learned quickly. We needed our 1st replacement battery last night, on a Sunday. I called and left a msg - and By 9:30 on Monday - we had it replaced. I highly recommend them for all your Dog Fence needs.

Tyler and Don were fabulous. From the quote to the install to training after the install, they were professional and down to Earth. Tyler is amazing with our dogs. Each dog has their own personality, and Tyler is sure to train in a way that works for each of them. Our dogs caught on fairly quickly. Best investment yet. We could not be more happy with the service we've received from this awesome business! Not only were they easy to work with, responsive and professional but Tyler has gone above and beyond working with our two dogs to get them trained and make sure this system is working for our family. One of our dogs has definitely given him a run for his money but he is always patient, kind and quick to get the next step in place for our German shepherd to be successful. You can tell he really loves what he does. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I had heard really good things about this company from friends so I decided to give them a shot last year when I decided on a system for my dog. I am SO glad I went with this company! Firstly, everyone I talked to over the phone was very pleasant and helpful, they were able to schedule me right away. The guy who came out to give me the estimate and install it, Andy, was extremely friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He was really good with my dog as well, and my dog is a 100lb hyper Belgian malinois and he had no issues with him! I was a bit skeptical if this system would work due to my dog being extremely hyper, but I have had not a single problem! Very very user friendly system and great customer service, also very affordable compared to others! Also the collar doesn't bother my dog at all!! Highly recommend dogwatch to anyone who has a dog!!
