I live about an hour away from Canton, but when my aunt's roof started leaking after a storm, I knew we needed the best help possible. Enter Dean and Shawn from Canton Roofing, who turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience.
From the very start, dean and Shawn demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. They didn't just repair the roof; they managed the entire process from start to finish. They immediately came out to tarp the roof, preventing any further damage. Then, they took on the daunting task of dealing with the insurance company, arranging for the adjuster to visit the home, and personally meeting with him. Their knowledge and efficiency were second to none, ensuring that I didn’t have to be caught in the middle of the claim process.
The whole procedure went incredibly smoothly. My aunt, who is an elderly woman and was naturally very apprehensive, found her fears completely alleviated by the compassionate and reassuring approach of Canton Roofing. They made sure she understood every step and felt secure throughout the entire process.
When it came to payments, everything was straightforward and transparent. My aunt received the insurance check, paid half to start, and settled the rest upon completion.
