Overall

I was charge extra for a service charge, which I agreed because it was a Sunday. Sure, why not?

Was charged $80 for a $10 deadbolt, like, cmon. Sure, I was in a rush.

I paid what I paid for the service, I don’t ever dispute that.

However, when I asked the gentleman I’d he was going to leave all the sawdust spread all over the floor from the mess he made and he responds, “They don’t pay me to clean,” I have to tell you, ,. a sign of either terrible company policy or a terrible employee. It’s one or the other.

I will never use this company again

Overall

Technician misrepresented fee for services. He left without the key working properly. When I called to get it resolved the manager tried to charge me another $100 dollars. I explained that I was not happy with the service and would like a refund and offered to return the key they made that doesn't work at which point I was denied a refund. These people just stole 150$ from me. Absolutely disgusting.

I was locked out of my business truck as I was heading to a business meeting. Called them at 11:08pm by 11:15pm they had a driver/service provider by 11:35 pm I was on my way to the meeting. Can’t be any more happier, I thought I was going to miss my important meeting if it wasn’t for these guys I would have never made it! Absolutely great outstanding service
