Overall

Horrible experience. I ordered a 4 pieces of glass over the phone and was given a total. That total was then charged to my credit card, which I was expecting. Then later I saw that the charge was canceled and a different, higher amount was charged to my card. I immediately called them and they said that the new higher price was the correct one. I voiced my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and price increase without being given the new price and was met with an attitude.
When I received my glass, the measurements off the glass were wrong. I checked my notes and texts with the measurements to confirm I had the correct measurements. When I called to discuss the problem, I was immediately met with hostility and hung up on when I suggested Active Glass made the mistake. The lady said she was the president of the business and didn't have time to deal with this and hung up. Completely unprofessional and zero accountability.

Excellent & friendly service! I called on a Monday and by the following Monday my new mirror was installed! They came out and measured on the same day of my call, ordered the glass and then installed it the next week. They cleaned up the site well. I highly recommend this company!

I had a mirror custom cut for a job I was working on, they were very competitive price wise and has it done in a day. I took it to the job and couldn't get it into the opening. I took it back and asked about having it cut in a specific spot as I was going to be installing a shelf over the mirror and the cut would be covered. They cut it right away and didn't charge me as I had bought the mirror there so I left them a tip. Great people.

The response time was amazing.
The people are great from the estimate to the installation.
My front window seal had allowed moisture so my view was like looking through a yellow screen.
My view now is wonderful.
Thanks guys..
