Don't worry their delivery van is bound & determined to get to you on time, even if that means doing over 80 mph on 270 and weaving back and forth across three lanes of traffic or riding on the bumper of various vehicles as they go.

This should be a ZERO-STAR review!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a repair.

I needed a window glass replacement around July, 2021.Checked multiple vendors and finally decided to go with Bailey's Glasses and Mirrors since it is a local business, its stated price is competitive and promised quick service. But that is when my nightmare started. Unlike other businesses who ask for 50% pre-payment, they asked for the full price ahead of time. I made the payment in early August and was promised a work in 2 or 3 weeks. However, it took them about two months and I had to make multiple calls to check the status of the order. Each time, they said someone is going to call me back but they never did.

When they finally got the job done, I thought my ordeal was over. Was I wrong! They started sending me bills again. A bill that I already paid for a long time ago! After I called them to explain the situation, the same thing happened. Someone said they will call me back but never did. I also emailed them the credit payment confirmation but never heard anything back from them. Several of months later, the same bill again! Maybe only some legal actions can stop them.
