Speaking as a contractor for MMc, you will not find a nicer and more helpful group of people to work for. They are fantastic. (And they pay on time. Huge in this industry) Honestly, Holly is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met in this field. Thank you!

Josh is correct, I also live at the Franklin Condos and the entire team completely blows off appointments, apologies and the cycle repeats. He has asked me to post my own review and I imagine other in this building will do the same if things don't change. This is very unprofessional from a company which helped build nationwide arena. For large scale projects they may be better but for smaller residential AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Please understand there's a between being late/poor communication vs. just not showing up at all. I am very unhappy with their lack of execution and follow-through and I know other residents are as well.

Beware of this "professional" builder. They were contracted to do work with the Franklin Condos and I purchased a unit there. The warranty is good for one year. I am one month away from warranty expiration and have left numerous messages regarding items which were improperly installed/faulty. It’s been weeks now and they aren’t responding to emails or voicemails. It appears they are skirting this work until the warranty expires, which is absolutely illegal to do. I am not the only resident who has had issues with the quality of their work and the unresponsiveness. Never had I had this type of experience with any contractor/builder company before.

Despite whatever response or follow-up is received, it would only be due to litigation or this poor review. As a result and because the experience has already occurred, this rating will remain unchanged.

UPDATE 3/13/21: Received a response from the project manager on 3/8/21 almost immediately after this review, apologizing and committing to better services. In order to prevent legal proceedings, if the work is done there is no grounds for the suit. Scheduled an appointment for 3/12/21 at 10AM for the warranty work, and this team did not show. Proceeding with legal filings with full expectation that they do not intend to do this work they are contractually obligated to do. Either this is a company thing, a project manager thing, or both.

UPDATE 3/20/21: The 3/12/21 appointment was for 10AM, and they sent people at 10:30AM. I had already left, as they didn't cancel or send notice of lateness. They then sent people back WITHOUT the fixtures they said they would replace. It is now 7 days later, and these issues are not resolved. You would think a review which resulted in the president replying within 12 hours would yield prompt follow-up with great service. It didn't. Now a week later, and STILL UNRESOLVED.

UPDATE 4/9/21: After numerous emails in the interim since the last update, Miles McLlelan asked for availability, which was provided. The project manager simply "forgot" to follow up by their own admission. Judge for yourself in this chain as to the quality of communication this company executes. Note the date of which the president responded, and note that as of today this matter is STILL UNRESOLVED.

UPDATE 5/7/21: Had an appointment scheduled for 5/5/21 and received absolutely no notification or apologies for an agreed upon time. Kevin asked about follow up times for 5/6 and 5/7, these were provided and again, NO SHOW AND NO APOLOGIES. At this point, it's absolutely unreal how unprofessional and unorganized this company is.

UPDATE 5/11/21: Re-schedule for 9AM today, and again no show and no communication.

I believe having strong partners on any project makes all of our jobs a little easier and enjoyable. Miles-McClellan’s attitude and collaborative style on projects reaffirmed my belief. We look forward to the opportunity to work with Miles-McClellan again over the coming years.
