Frank did a great job with 24 hours notice, we appreciated his quick response to our needs and his pricing was very competitive! His report was extensive and thorough, and exactly what we needed to close our house! Thanks Frank! Edit: After closing on the home, we quickly noticed sounds from the attic. We called two pest control companies who both confirmed mice & bats in the attic, and who both said the activity goes back much further than when we bought the house. There was also a hole in the garage and chewed weather strips. These signs of rodent activity should have been caught by the inspector, but now is costing us quite a lot of money and nuisance to repair. I have to change my rating from 5 star to 3 star because of this considerable miss in the report.
