Recieved a call from Tony that he was on his way. Showed up exactly when he said and asked all the right questions. My a/c stopped cooling but the unit still ran. Was very friendly yet completely professional. After running a complete diagnostic, he informed me of 2 issues that needed replaced which matched what I suspected (one I caused myself). The capacitor is common for a tech to carry or have access to extras but when he told me the circuit board that burned was available at his shop, I was amazed and extremely thankful. Within an hour, my house was on it's way down from a sweltering 87 degrees. I feel confident in recommending Tony to anyone I know for a referral.

Got here early, on a Sunday! Found the problem, had the part and was able to quickly fix. Answered all of my questions. Had sticker shock- in a good way. Much less than I expected. Will use them again when/if needed. Tech was very nice and knowledgeable.

A big shout out to Shane.. he’s been to our home twice in the past 24 hours to trouble shooting our AC unit. Come to find out the contractor putting on new siding nicked the AC line going into the house.. Then he came back and brought us two portable AC units to until it can be fixed.. I highly recommend Classic Air..

Joe came out on a Saturday evening only after a short 30 minutes after I called. He did a great job finding the issue in less than an hour. My furnace had a bad heating connector and thus the heat was always on. He unplugged that and the ac now cools perfectly. Very fair pricing also. I highly recommend

I'm just waiting on the new part from classic air but so far very impressed!

I needed a new ac condenser and evaporator coil because I had a leak in my old system and it was 12 years old, so I called Classic Air to arrange a consultation and a quote at about 9:30 a.m. and they scheduled me the same day for 6:00 p.m. appointment, at about 11:30 they called me back and said someone else cancelled their appointment and that they could come immediately which I gladly said yes to. Russ (the owner of Classic Air) arrived at my condo about a half hour later came into my house and took a measurement on my furnace where the evaporator coil connects to the furnace, and then he went outside and looked at the connections to my old AC condenser and said he would have to replace the copper line with a 3/8 inch line rather than the 1/4 inch line I had on the old unit. Then we sat down and he quoted me for 2 options after figuring out all of the things that would be required, while he was figuring it out we indulged in some pleasant conversation for about 20 minutes and I found the quotes offered to me to be rather reasonable and Russ said they would be back in 2 days to install it. I have a very high opinion of this company so far, and I think the installation should go quite well.

Also I should mention that I got a free 1 year checkup of my system which was included in the deal.

Phil arrived within the promised time frame. He completed our A/C inspection cheerfully and efficiently, taking the time to respect our home by wearing shoe covers. He promised a prompt response if we were to have any cooling problems over the summer. I highly recommend this company for heating and cooling needs.
