I bought a Condo from Thrive properties. We have had a stunning number of problems. Too many to list. Several still trying to get resolved.
Why am I writing this? I’m sure you heard the saying “the straw that broke the camels back”. Well maybe you haven’t. I’ve been nice and patient working with Thrive management team. They came to my house yesterday and today saying they are doing the final punch out. First thing manager says when he walks in the door was “We don’t paint”. A year ago the project manager said we will take care of wall issues at the 12 month final warranty walk through. Figures they would start the meeting saying they won’t honor previous statements. I point out an obvious problem that they should have taken care of a year ago. Manager says ok we will paint that. Then they walk through and find other issues, bring in a painter and patch holes and cracks all over my condo. Then they say we’re done. I say wait aren’t you going to paint all these patches you created. They said no, too bad. When they brought in the painter and started dealing with the other wall issues, I thought how nice they decided to honor previous statements and take care of wall issues. What a fool I am, if I had know that they weren’t going to finish the job I would have stopped them. Now I have to find a painter willing to fix there mess.
There are many other issues, I’ll add them later.

I moved into Grandview Crossing at the beginning of June, and my experience has been outstanding so far. It came highly recommended to me from friends who live at other Thrive properties, and it has not disappointed. My apartment is clean, the community is safe, and there's a ton to do around the grounds. The leasing office has been outstanding. They are very knowledgeable about anything you ask them and always go above and beyond to help. The amenities are top tier and well taken care of. Great amenities, community, and people! The staff is very kind, helpful, and communicative. Not too overbearing, but a really safe, clean space. Costs a little bit more than other places I have heard, but overall is worth it! Having a built in coffee shop, bar, gym, fun community space, pool, and events makes it really ideal for someone new to the area looking for new friends.

The main thing I want to say is that this is the first time I have ever extended my lease for another year.

All our management is super professional and nice, and the maintenance and cleaning teams work great and fast.

All issues are always handled quickly, and the community areas are always clean and fresh.

Compared to the buildings where I lived before, the management here really cares about the tenants.
