The gentleman came, introduced himself, and was very nice BUT I don't feel your product works. Before he came we still had spiders and spider webs. I felt that when he came they would be gone, but they're still there. I was also told over a month ago you would spray my yard for mosquitos because I have small grandchildren. No one has come. I was told you would spray my trees with a powder because bugs are eating them away. No one has been here. Your product is not working. Please cancel us as a client, we no longer want your services.

Ed came on time and was very polite. He explained everything to me and was very patient and made sure i understood everything and asked if i had any questions. i did ask 3-4 times that what he was doing would not harm my dogs. He assured me it would not as he is also a dog owner. i felt very comfortable with what he did and would recommend him to my neighbors across the street. they also have dogs. I told him after the first year i would use him for the coming years as long as i live, he is an absolute wonderful gentleman.

Eddie Cintron provided our first service today. I wasn't home at that time but my housemate was. She has been impressed with his knowledge and the detail information he provided regarding the specific bug variety as well as mice and their behavior in enter the house. He made sure all questions were answered and made himself available to return before the next scheduled treatment, in case there was something missed. I was helped on Friday by Andrew and Austin and was really happy with the service and assistance from both. Both were incredibly friendly and helpful. Andrew went above and beyond explaining things to me and showing a breakdown of services, and Austin was really kind and got everything done really quickly (even showed my some old nests because I find them really neat, and gave my kiddo a fist bump after). Really really happy with the services I received.
