KEVIN SAVED MY PARTY! Friday morning my sink clogged up and Saturday is a huge party I'm throwing for my mom. Last plumber was hard to talk with and didn't help out situation. However Kevin was absolutely amazing an kind and understood out dire need to unclog my sink. He got the job done and didn't leave me hanging. Absolutely amazing service from Kevin and would be happy to have him out again for any more issues.

The two associates, that were sent from your company. Dylan and Kevin were truly professional. they took care of my plumbing issues in a timely manner, Cleaned up and hard any debris away with them. I would definitely use them again if need be.

Our garbage disposal died on Sunday so I called, assuming I'd leave a VM. Someone answered and said a tech could come Monday. Jason was here less than 30 minutes and completed the job, at a cost less than I expected. We would definitely use their services again!

Devin did a wonderful job clearing a floor drain that was backing up in our laundry room in the basement. He was very patient as I had to move things around to clear space. I had thought that I was ready for him! Great job at a reasonable price!

I had an emergency arise and called Drain Master after a great experience in January. Tina is always a pleasure. She is quick to assist, efficient and so very kind. Excellent customer service. She was able to get Kevin and Dillon out the same day. Kevin and Dillon were very professional. They problem solved to find the issue and figure out a plan to correct it immediately. They explained the process and got to work. I really appreciate the team approach of Drain Master employees to help their customers. I will definitely call in the future for needs and will share with everyone I know. Thank you, Tina, Kevin and Dillon.

Hi, I am given this company five stars. I found this Companys Info on Best service site and they met my expectations and more the service technician John came out very professional, very polite and fixed my problem with my sub pump gave me more than a fair price on it. I am very happy and will reuse this company. The next time I have plumbing issues it’s hard to find anybody that will do the job and do it right but I think I got lucky on this one do yourself a favor hire these people you will be very pleased

I contacted my landlord on the morning of February 8 about some issues with my tub draining. My landlord contacted DrainMaster and, by the time I got home from work, the drain was fixed! Devin is the technician who came out to help. He was polite, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done. I would definitely recommend DrainMaster and if I could give Devin TEN stars, I would!! Thanks so much!
