Overall

Thank you for the service call today, it was very nice to be able to use water today without the fear of another fixture blowout. We needed to get our water turned off and turned back on without interruption to our daily routine. We have had one problem after another with our well system and even as stuff continues to break down it’s not as worrisome with companies like this backing up their work.

Thank you Sebastian and other members of the company who planned our project, our family appreciates your knowledge and expertise. I would post pics but my basements is a mess and the technician had to put up with that as well. Thanks-Mitch

I’m sorry to have to be the one to leave you a negative review but someone has got to say something about the check out tipping process!! Look if you technicians are relying on tips you need to pay them better. I do not mind leaving a tip to a plumber (which really is a bizarre thing to begin with) but I have no issue with that. I take great issue with the fact that your tips are something along the lines of 10, 15, 20, 25 percent!! On a $600-$1000 dollar service, I am sorry but I am not going to leave you a 10, 15 20 25% tip that is outrageous! If the tablet said leave a 1,3,5,$10 tip that would be more reasonable. Best part you have to make this tip selection in front of the technician. Sorry but because of this I will never higher you again. I have no issues with the work that you did for me, in fact besides your terrible tip process I would say your prices are reasonable and the work is done well, but I am over these high stakes pressure tactics to leave a massive tip.
