The technician was fine but he charged $257 to hook up a water line to the fridge that was already existing!! He said it was for time and material but he was here for 30 min and used only a supply line from the existing line behind the fridge to the actual fridge! And then didn’t even move the fridge back!

Matthew Berger arrived this morning to provide a quote. He arrived during the appointment window and quickly provided a quote to replace a compromised drain line from our tub which was leaking to the ceiling of the room below.
This involved replacing the bath drain and overflow fixtures, all the way back through and including the trap, the old copper lines were badly compromised. The quote seemed reasonable and since he was ready to start immediately I canceled the other appointments and took him up on it and he completed the repair a short time later.
I was very pleased and will likely reach out to Waterworks first in the future.

Back in March I met Gary with Waterworks for his assessment of the cracked sewer stack. After describing what most likely would have to happen to properly repair the pipe, they gave me an estimate and let me think about it. Not long after I asked Waterworks to call me and discuss the repair further. Gary called me back within a day to answer my questions. His information allowed me to form a plan for the kitchen to help make the repair easier. The repair was a huge success! While the job was incredibly messy, Gary finished what could have been a 2 tech, 2 day job in 3 or 4 hours. His quick and efficient work allowed me to spend the rest of the day to get things back in order to resume life. Overall a great job!!!

I recently had an issue with the main water shut-off valve for my condo building. The valve for the entire building was shut-off by accident, rather than just for my unit, and it became stuck in the off position. Matt arrived quickly and worked very efficiently to rectify the situation. He worked with the city, who were very accommodating, to remedy the issue. He was able to rebuild the main valve and confirmed that my individual valve was also in good working order. He was very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop with his progress. He was efficient and respectful. Thank you Matt.

We had a pinhole leak in our thermal expansion tank. The person who took my call was incredibly nice. I appreciate how caring she was over the phone. She was able to get us an early appointment window. Chris came out with an apprentice. He had the parts we needed and was able to get the job done within 15 minutes. I thought the price was fair and I was pleased with how quickly they were able to respond. Obviously, everyone’s situation will be different as far as how quickly they can get to you and if they have what they need to get the job done immediately. I was prepared for this to be an all day issue and was so happy that wasn’t the case. I will definitely call The Waterworks for any future issues. Thank you for the kind, affordable service.

Waterworks installed a backflow preventer in basement back in 2020, This was from the Project dry basement that franklin county was promoting to help homeowners deal with sewage flooding their homes, I was told by the city and waterworks that this would stop the sewage from coming in my home because I didn't want them to dig up basement if this wasn't going to work, Well didn't work basement has flooded with sewage multiple times since then and I had Waterworks out april 2024, and the plumber told me the backflow is junk and that the plumber goes to multiple house a day having the same issue and his exact words they don't work and doesn't matter if you clean them daily. and there's nothing he could do besides clean it . I clean it 1x a month. So I let them tear up my basement for no reason and I still get sewage in the basement, I have called, messaged attorney general, reached out to 6 on your side, called lawyer, No replies I'm not kidding no one wants to help. This is Disgusting.

Waterworks did a great job today replacing my hot water tank. Aarron and the gentleman that helped him were awesome. Very courteous and concerned on the job at hand. I would highly recommend The waterworks.

We needed a new water heater ASAP, waterworks was able to do it in the same day. They were professional, clean, and quick. Price was much lower than expected for same day service. I would highly recommend The Waterworks to everyone for their plumbing needs.

I call a 8am to reschedule an appointment, I was told to expect my tech between noon and 4. I got a call at 3 to confirm my appointment. The tech, Lonnie showed up 10mins later. He was professional and knowledgeable. After evaluating my repair he got me a better price on my repair than my previous estimate. Lonnie completed the repair faster than he’s estimated time and left as if he had never been there. I’m extremely happy with all aspects of my repair.
