This company has cold called on our house several times as we had a competitor sign in our yard. At the time we weren't interested. We met the owner (previous owner) at a get together (pre-COVID) by coincidence and he was extremely kind and helpful. When our contract was up (about a year later), I gave him a call as we had built a sort of report. He directed me to the new owner of the company who set me up for install the very next day. The installer was prompt, clean, and courteous. We love our new system and the switch was seemless. Definitely recommend

The company has been great so far. Still fairly new, The Representatives were great and really seemed to care about the customers. The installer of the system for my home was great. (Bryan). I can’t forget Andrew who is a great salesperson. He won me over, and I’m not the easiest one make changes.

Overall

Very friendly. Installation was smooth and easy. The cameras are excellent and the app is very easy to navigate. I was very surprised how inexpensive securing my home could be.
I would have liked to have had an owners manual for the security panel and for the cameras.
Update: This just proves how awesome this company is, I was sent links to the manuals within an hour of posting my original review. Awesome customer service!

Dominic was great. I had signed up for a self install system when I bought the house. It sat in the box as I was moving in and as busy as I am with a job, moving and a son with disabilities, I just didn't get it done. Dominic stopped by at a good time because I knew I needed security. I asked many questions and he was patient
with my intense curiosity on
why this system was a good fit. He has helped get it all
functional after initial
install and no internet for
cameras. Installer was
great. I know I have support after the fact and am not left alone. Pretty awesome team!

Our rep who signed us up was awesome. He explained everything in detail and I knew exactly what we were getting. The installation was quick and flawless and my wife loves the doorbell camera option. And it's less expensive monthly than the company that we had prior!!
