Had a high-end window that needed to have glass replaced. Several companies looked at it, but none of them could or would take on the project. Then Greater Glass came out and was able to take it on. Luis, a true master of his craft, did a fantastic job of replacing the glass on a complex window at a reasonable price.

Every single window they worked on they left significantly worse than they found it. Their service has brought so much stress into my life- and it's just now peaking, a year later. We hired them for two things last April- to replace the balance bars on three windows, and to replace an inner window pane that was cracked. I was disappointed with their service at the time because the three windows they replaced the balance bars on still slid down halfway and wouldn't stay open. I was happy with the resolution they gave at that time to then only charge us for the pane replacement. However -- we found out last week how many corners they really cut with their service because the inner hardware of the window where they "replaced the pane" rusted because they broke the outer pane totally out and only replaced the inner pane. With the outer pane gone, the inner hardware was exposed to the elements and now half of the window has to be totally replaced- both panes, frame and all. Whoever broke it cleaned up the glass between it and the screen so we did not know it was broken - and it's a very tall second story window. What a nightmare experience. I've inspected every window they touched to make sure nothing else was broken and that the other ones are still double pane. There's no way they'll gain back my trust again. Any time someone I know has window problems, I let them know to steer clear of Greater Glass.

Everyone was very polite and so easy to work with. They got me scheduled for an estimate right away and had my window ready to replace in 3 days. Did not try and upsale me on anything and will replace 1 window for you at no additional cost. I would definitely use this company again!
