Just used up an hour of their time with them trying to help me figure out an unusual hvac related situation, and they were extremely patient and helpful the whole time. I’m a remodeling contractor and use Carr whenever I can. Great place to work with, can’t say enough.

I’d give this place a Zero star if It would allow me to do so. I was referred to this place from the president of a “sister” store, however upon my arrival I was immediately greeted rather rudely by an employee. The female looked at me as if I was stupid and asked about what I was in need of. Once I explained that I was trying to make a purchase on an extravagant shower system for a tile shower, she stated she could not help me and that I could make an appt. What would be the point have owning a showroom if the company isn’t going to allow customers to look around and see what might work best for the customer.

It wasn’t like I needed the employees expertise or her time. I wanted to look around , make my own decision and make a purchase. Save yourself the time and take your business to another company that cares about its consumer. ?

Was referred to them by several contractors.Drove up from Bellbrook after another appointment so I could take a look around the showroom. We’re looking for a sink and faucet for a remodel. Got there and a sign says appointment only. Called the number and asked if someone could see me. Was told no, that they need downtime for paperwork and quotes. Said she was three weeks behind in quotes. And I need to call back to make an appointment. I will not be calling back.

Awesome. Called them and they had what I needed. Was able to pick it up at even not being a contractor. Item was waiting at the desk and check out was painless.

The only reason it didn't get 5 is the price was higher. I chalk it up to convenience but could have saved about $75 if I'd have ordered online vice getting it same day. I'll definitely be visiting the showroom if I'm outfittings a house.
