We had an amazing experience with REP General Contracting for our home improvements. From our first meeting with Hannah, we were impressed with her ideas for our projects. She has a wealth of sources and assisted us in selecting quality products while staying within our budget. Her eye for design really helped prevent decision fatigue for us. Each member of her team has an area of expertise and we are impressed with the quality of workmanship. They kept our home clean and secure while they worked. We were so pleased with the results of our projects- transforming our hall bathroom, creating a bar in our basement, and crafting wainscoting in our dining room. Every employer from the owner Hannah to everyone on her crew-Jay, Kyle, Paul, Chris, Braeden, Morgan and Rich- was great to work with. Communication was perfect from beginning to end. Hannah really cares about the customer. We highly recommend REP General Contracting for any home projects.

Hannah and her team did a wonderful job transforming our master bathroom! This was our first big renovation and Hannah was very helpful throughout every step of the process. We had a general idea of what we wanted, and she helped us design the space and pick out all of the materials, including all the details. She communicated with us every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions and accommodate our many last minute requests. Her team is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They left the house clean every day and also kept us updated daily. We absolutely love everything in our bathroom and had a great experience with REP. The process was so smooth and stress-free that we’ve already committed to REP renovating 2 more of our bathrooms this year!

My husband and I are thrilled with the outcome from Hannah and her team! Hannah helped us think through a plan to expand our bedroom to add an "office nook" and a second closet, making our 115 year old home more functional. They expertly navigated every challenge an old home can throw at you and Hannah frequently communicated with us throughout the project. We found Hannah through a recommendation from a friend. This recommendation did not disappoint. Hannah helped design a fantastic kitchen. She was honest, worked with our budget, listened to our needs, finished within her deadline, and offered advice/input whenever it was needed. She was professional as was her entire crew - especially Braeden and Ryan with whom we had a lot of interactions. If ( and hopefully when) we ever have another remodel project I will definitely call Hannah and her REP crew. Thank you!

I recently had my master bathroom renovated by REP and it turned out amazing. I had been looking for the right contractor for over 6 years but no one I met with was the right fit. The first day I met Hannah we clicked instantly. My bathroom had a weird layout I wanted to change, but I didn’t know what the options were. I had some ideas and Hannah spent over an hour with me coming up with a plan. She has the knowledge of what can be done with moving plumbing, walls, etc. and also has an eye for design to know what will look best. Once we had a plan she sat on the floor with me and typed up the estimate right there on the spot. Most contractors that came out never followed up with an estimate.

The renovation was overall a positive experience. Hannah was always available for questions and was very quick to let me know when there was an issue. I appreciated her honesty and how quickly she and her team worked to resolve any concern I had. Renovations like this will always have unexpected issues but there was always a plan within a day. I am a planner by nature and like my house clean and organized, so a major renovation usually feels like chaos to me. Hannah was so supportive and patient with me, and guided me through every little obstacle that came up.

The quality of work was great – especially the tile. I had a vision for my shower tile that was tricky but Hannah knew it was important to me, and her team came through. I love it so much. It’s the bathroom I’ve wanted since the day I bought my house. I will definitely be going to REP for any project from now on.
