Customer service was very helpful and quick to get me scheduled. Once Kevin came out, he was very polite and did a great job figuring out the issue with our fridge. After ordering a part it only took a few days to have it installed and fixed. Thank you!

Great experience with using Authorized Service. Company in constant contact letting us know when and how service was to be done. Our service technician, Ron, was awesome. Able to trouble shoot our issue, part ordered and repair made in same week. Will definitely use them in the future if needed.

I highly recommend this company! Sam has been to my house several times to repair a range and refrigerator. He's always on time, always professional, and always friendly and outgoing. He quickly assessed the issues and ordered the parts needed. Kudos to Sam for doing an outstanding job! Authorized Service is lucky to have him on their team!
