We recently went with this company for some much needed repairs to our home. The finished results were incredible! Jessie, the owner did the work himself and based by the results, you can tell he takes his work seriously. The work performed color matched incredibly well to the adjacent areas of our 25 year old home. Jesse was very pleasant, prompt and a great guy to work with throughout the entire process. Will definitely use Ohio State Stucco in the future!

Jesse at Ohio State Stucco provided great service helping us to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to water coming into house through stucco. Jesse came out the day I called him, when other contractors wouldn’t even return voicemails. He recommended an initial approach to help find source of leak, by cutting into stucco that was reasonable and fair. When we uncovered the root cause related to a window that had been installed without flashing, Jesse was patient and accommodating while I talked to window installers for advice, and gave his recommendations as well. He ended up fixing the flashing, replacing cut stucco, adding coats of water proofing. Jesse went above and beyond calling in water proofing experts and engineers for advice. My neighbors have all commented how well the new stucco blends to the old. Highly recommend Jesse’s crew.

Fabulous experience with this company and one of its owners Jesse. Quickly showed up for a free estimate. It was clear he knew what he was talking about. Gave a price less than half of other companies. My 46 year old chimney was spalling badly with large chunks of stone falling due to water damage over many years. He proposed encasing it in structural wire bolted to the mortar joints, then covering in several layers of mud with a final textured and colored stucco coat, which is exactly what we did. His crew was on-time, professional, friendly, and courteous, with excellent cleanup. Jesse even worked on Sundays when the weather was bad. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Initial deposit of $1800 paid via check to Jesse ___ of Ohio State Stucco Company on 5/1/2020 for the service of exterior stucco paint, seal, and trim repair. Initial deposit was needed for upfront costs including paint and other work materials. On that date 5/1/2020, I was instructed that starting time for work would be before the end of May 2020. This was the initial agreed upon time frame.

During the month of May, Ohio State Stucco Company was notified of paint colors on 5/15 for exterior paint color. On Friday 5/29, it was communicated via text to discuss potential start dates. Via text, I was notified one week from Friday 5/29 would be the start date. No work had yet to be established.

On Monday June 8, I reached back out to Jesse ___ of Ohio State Stucco via text on June 2 to inquire on the job status. I was informed that he would start the project the weekend of June 13. On July 3, still no work had been done to my property.

I called Ohio State Stucco and Jesse ___ to request to cancel the service agreement and return the initial deposit of $1800. I was told that he was sorry for the delay, and that he was very busy. In reply, I discussed that the exterior was a time sensitive issue and would like to look for services elsewhere. He was in agreement and informed me that I should receive a return of the deposit in the next one to two weeks.

August 2020, my deposit is still yet to be returned. I will be looking to file police report for theft.
