Great selection of properties. What most people don't realize is how much work is done on some of these parcels. Building a driveway and destination, removing trees, cutting trails and in my case building a cabin is all expensive and time consuming. (Believe me I looked into doing it myself) The work done makes these properties ready for a camper, RV etc. so you can spend your time camping, hunting being outdoors rather than working on the property for the next 6 months. I looked at many undeveloped properties that were somewhat cheaper but they were so overgrown you couldn't even walk some of them. By the time I would have had all the work that needed to be done I would have more money in these properties(and a ton of my time which I don't have) when I could have just bought a Countrytyme property for less. I looked at quite a few of their properties before making a choice and never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Also I have had excellent follow up after the sale with info on electricians, excavators etc. John has answered all kinds of questions as it pertains to the property I purchased. They even had to soil analysis for a septic tank already done which they gave me at no charge. Overall a great experience!!
