Eric from Cincinnati Handyman Services did a wonderful job with the multiple jobs we asked of him. From installing a bathroom vanity and sink to drywalling, and even when various unforeseen issues arose, he fixed it all. He explained everything thoroughly while both giving us options and guiding us through the best course of action based on his professional expertise. We have used other local companies for handyman services in the past, but hands down would choose Eric over all of the rest. We will definitely use him in the future for our home improvement projects.

Finesse! When I decided to change the master bathroom, Eric was recommended. When he presented me with a design for the project, I knew that it was exactly what I wanted.
The finesse was part of the finishing touches as his work became a piece of art. Consequently, I can say that I am fully satisfied with his work and most satisfied with his attention to detail and care throughout the project. Eric has completed several projects in my prior and current residence. He has done two complete master bath remodels-removing bathtubs and converting to a large walk-in tiled shower with shower screen and custom shower pan. He removed double vanities and replaced with pedestal sinks. He tiled the floors in both. In the most recent master he made a huge storage closet where the previous shower had been. Additionally, he did a complete makeover of a guest bath.

Eric just completed finishing my basement. He completed all the carpentry, electrical and plumbing work himself. He did an amazing job. In it he built a playroom (which can be later be used as a bedroom), half bath and a huge living area with a custom fireplace which is gorgeous. During the process Eric consulted with me each step of the way and gave me options to consider. He gave me his expert opinion to assist in making decisions. He was always considering methods to save money but not at the detriment of quality. Eric is also very particular in his work. For example he relocated a light switch after installation deciding I would not be happy. Of course in moving it he had to patch and repaint creating more work for himself but cared more about the best outcome.

Additionally Eric has done smaller jobs such as light fixture replacements, hanging shelves, building shelves for an additional pantry, replaced garbage disposal, ceiling fans and blinds installation.

He is great to work with and his rates are very reasonable. Obviously, the amount of work he has done for me is verification of my confidence in his skills and trustworthiness.
