If you are in need of anything pool please go here. Last week our pump went out on our pool we thought it was just a simple fix, we quickly realized maybe not. We changed the parts but it would not turn on. So we drove from Lancaster to Pataskala to Sunburst and worked with Dan. He took the pump back to his workroom and in 10min had it fixed. Completely satisfied customer. What I appreciated the most was the honesty he could have sold me a new pump but he did not. Thank you Dan

Joe was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, we had a few bad experiences with getting help with our above ground pool and Joe put me in touch with a colleague of his. Brad was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and his communication was great, he kept me abreast of everything he was going to do. He provided me with reassurance, knowing the past experiences that I've had, he put my mind at ease by writing up a contract, replaced my liner, winterized my pool and coming back next year to open it.
Joe got a gorgeous liner for me. Very happy customer ?

Revised. Joe was suppose to come and “open our pool” for the season. Never returned my phone calls! My liner now has a hole because my installation was not correct, no matter how many times I asked for him to take it down and start over, since that is what I paid over 2K for, he was insistent that it would be fine!

Overall

I came in to the store today with a photo of what could have been algae or sand at the bottom of my pool. They took a look at the photo and advised me that it was likely a mustard algae and gave me an alternate solution to my problem that is less than half the cost of what I've been advised elsewhere. Dan was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I will be back!

Well we are winding down with our first season of having a pool and what a season it has been. In the end we have a spectacular pool from some really great people. Thank you Dan and Joe for seeing the job through to the first cannonball. My kids have had an incredible summer and family and friends have enjoyed out backyard like you could not believe.
