Very unprofessional, initial appointment was confirmed when Victoria called to remind me and she never showed up or called to rescheduled. I wasted my Saturday morning, I cancelled a doctor appointment and a workout class. I don’t want to even imagine what the process would haven been like if they don’t even show up to try and get my business. I should have read reviews. Costco you need to do better with the companies you work with.

Overall

The single worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I purchased blinds from Premier Window Fashions through Costco. (I cannot believe Costco does business with this company) I went back and forth with the installation team for 2 months trying to have my blinds installed. They cancelled and rescheduled FIVE times. When they were finally installed I was told my appointment was between 10am-Noon. They finally showed up a 4:45pm. Fast forward a week and of course one of the mechanical blinds is broken. I had a work with a short staffed and impossible to get ahold of customer service team at the manufacture because Premier wouldn't/couldn't help me. I had a replacement made and it is finally supposed to be in stalled today, 5 months after my original order date. Big shocker, my appt was from 10am-Noon, I'm writing this at 2pm and have not seen or heard from anyone yet. Good thing I don't have anything better to do than wait around and hope they show up.

Overall

Representative came out to house on time for 2 separate visits. After much time spent evaluating and selecting what to order, I had to call her back after a week to see if the order was submitted or not due to no follow up. Was told yes, then called a few days later to say they couldn’t do what I wanted. Time wasted, not impressed. Plus, the price quoted kept changing, erasing in pencil and changing numbers over and over again. Seemed like random pricing.
