OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They were prompt (came out to the house on a Saturday within an hour), courteous and very professional. Were able to save bigger $ by their fast/thorough service. I'd highly recommend Kans Water Restoration!

Overall

Scott Kans and his counterpart Art were out within HOURS of our call to them. They worked diligently and reassured us that they would get out rooms affected by water, dry. They made several trips out (including a Saturday am) to move their equipment around and ensure everything was drying up as expected. They eased our mind and made this part of the process much easier. We cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to ANYONE!!

Kans Water Restoration was extremely responsive. I called Scott on Friday morning, and he was out at my house by 4:00 pm that afternoon. Scott and Art were cordial and professional so I felt at ease as they explained what they were going to do and how long it would take to complete the job. Timing was important since I was under contract to sell my house. He and his team were able to begin work the following Wednesday and completed their work within the timeline and the terms of my contract. I will recommend Kans to my realtor and to anyone in need of water restoration services.

This company is fantastic! Our basement flooded and we called around and no one would answer. These guys came right away. Their communication with us was great. Their work was professional and fantastic. They went above and beyond. I'd hire them any day!
