Needed service on my AC but was shocked at replacing circuit board $1,100 +. Absolutely ridiculous, circuit board should have been approximately $250 or less for part. I believe service gentleman was more interested in selling me a complete new system $10,000 +.
This is a HVAC company that I will not use in the future nor refer. “BEWARE”

He provided me with options and did not try to push me into anything I was not ready to do. This is the second time I have had superior service from them. I called New Albany Heating & Cooling to have our furnace prepared and checked for the year and we needed some repairs which were done very quickly. The gentleman who performed the work was very polite and the work was excellent and done in a timely manner. Very impressed with company. Today a gentleman named Brandon came to give our Air Conditioner its Spring checkup and he was great and very polite. You cannot ask for a better company who are extremely qualified nor better people. Great company.

DJ and Will were knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the issue with my noisy furnace. They proceeded to remove construction materials that had been in the system for nearly two years; they cleaned the entire blower housing and instructed me on maintenance going forward. They were on time and courteous. Would definitely recommend New Albany Heating & Cooling.

Great experience! Had a new furnace and AC unit installed. The team was, fast, efficient, and friendly. The main installer was very knowledgeable and you could tell he loved doing the work. They removed the old units and took them away as well. The 10 year warranty is unmatched and the finished product is great.

Happy Customer. Noah came out on Saturday and helped us diagnose the issues with our 18yr old system. We opted not to band-aid but replace. Tuesday Jason and Brandon showed up on time early and had the furnace and AC replaced in a few hours. The new unit is much larger and more capable. Everyone was professional, friendly and capable. Took all the old stuff away and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you!
