Working with Elite and Sam was a great experience! He was right on time, did a thorough inspection and walked me through what he was looking for and the other concerns I had. And he recommend we hold off on treatment for now rather than charging me for what he thought at this time would be an unneeded treatment.

I contacted Elite after two friends recommended them, one who’d battled yellow jackets and the other who’d had carpenter bees. Our problem is carpenter bees, which we hadn’t been able to resolve with traps purchased on Amazon. Elite’s contract is not cheap but I compared it to the cost of repairing the damage the bees can do. As my friends had predicted, our technician (Sam) was knowledgable, efficient, and courteous. In his first visit, he did a very thorough check of our house’s perimeter. We had a couple of other issues that we wouldn’t have called a pest company to address, but since we had signed on, we laid out all the concerns. Sam addressed them all; it’s too early to say if this will resolve our bee problem, but I’m hopeful, as Elite was able to eradicate the issue at my friend’s. About a week after Sam’s first visit, we had a surprise invasion of black ants and Elite was able to get Sam back out to deal with it within a few hours. All in all, I think this will be a good use of resources in terms of protecting our property and I’m happy to have one less thing to do as a homeowner.
