All around A+ experience from the entire team. Started with the the team at the office and Lisa specifically. We had a carpenter ant problem where the little buggers were living in a section of a rotted roofline. We had already scheduled the roof replacement, but I was calling around to get advice from industry experts.

The team clearly called out that treating the rotted wood before replacing was a waste of money (many of the other competitors wanted me to treat before and after repair). Lisa stated to hold off seeing the roof replacement was scheduled to start a week after I called. Thank you, Lisa!!!

The commitment to customer service is top notch, and not just at the office. Our technician, Bobby, was very professional and personable. He was not only focused on the pest problem, but also keeping my dog safe post treatment. Not to mention he communicated his arrival time and was very punctual.

Overall, I cannot say enough about this team. Thank you for being honest and dedicated to customer support.

1st Response is hands down the best pest control I have worked with in Columbus. This is the 3rd company I've used over the years and I've been with them for almost 3 years now.

Jason has handled most of my services and he knows what he's talking about, is careful and cautious when applying product, and even went out of his way to ask me to take out my dog before he applied treatment so that he would not have to wait to go out to the bathroom until after he was finished.

When I call the office, Lisa is always patient with me and gets me taken care of right away with no fuss!

My home and basement is bug and rodent free. I would recommend to anyone looking for good customer service and overall a great product that actually works!
