Great group of people to work with. Very informative, gave good suggestions to maximize my lot split. They were able to schedule me within a short period of me calling. Very reasonable pricing. Only suggestion I have is giving periodic updates on progress. But it wasn't a big deal for me to call and get updated. Overall, very pleased with my experience and I would recommend them for people's surveying needs. And I'll be sure to call them for any additional work I need done.

Response: Mr. Drescher never gave me an opportunity to (1) explain why I called his cell # (2) to apologize for the inconvenience. His immediate response was to start yelling at me for calling the wrong number. As for my not paying the bill....he fails to mention that I paid 50% of the invoice within 30 days and the other half was already processed for Jan 6th. The reason I split the bill is because he was so incredibly rude when I called him to confirm my survey in November, I figured he could wait an extra few weeks for the balance and that it would give me an opportunity to discuss his poor customer relations when he called for the balance. As for ethics, well, using the cell # was an error on my part (too bad I didn't get a chance to explain) and quite frankly, how he treats his customers is not only inappropriate, but egregious. Mr. Drescher, thank you for taking notice of my review; I truly hope this makes you pause for a brief moment to reflect on your customer service. If my company treated our customers that way you treated me, we would be out of business. But we pride ourselves on being a Christian-based organization that puts customers' needs first and always makes them feel welcome to call for any reason at any time...on any phone number. Mr. Drescher was by far one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. He yelled at me for using the wrong phone number. I believe his rate was fair, but, this guy is a true jerk. I will never, ever use him again. EVER. I'll pay double to NOT deal with this company. Shame on him.

Mr Drescher charged me $1,300 for a survey. He contacted me and stated that my credit card was rejected. I then gave him a second credit card. He contacted me and stated that this card was also rejected. He proceeded to tell me that if I didn't pay him $1600 cash or Certified Bank Draft, by 9/9/22, that he would report me to collections and initiate a property lien.

I then contacted my bank. They told me that my first card was charged $1,300 by Mr Dreshcer, around August 10, 2022.

I then contacted my second bank. They, too, also stated that Mr Drescher charged my card $1,300 around the same date.

Mr Drescher had the audacity to demand that I pay him IN CASH or by Certified Bank Draft, for a survey he had already been paid for....twice!

It is highly unlikely that this was a mistake. The payments posted three to four weeks BEFORE 9/9/22.

If I get a refund, I may be nice enough to delete this review.

But if I don't receive my cards credited ASAP, I will leave this review here, and also contact local news and radio in NE Ohio, so everyone can know how he conducts business.

If he wants to get an attitude with me on this review, I have the screen shots and emails to prove everything I say is true.

They did a great job and were very professional. The surveyor took the time to explain everything he was doing and freely answered all the questions I had. He even let me tag along for a while just to watch the process and see where my boundaries were exactly. He went a few extra steps and even verified some landmarks and other points just to be sure what he was measuring was accurate. Overall we're pleased with the service. Our neighbors, not so much.

I had my suspicions that my property was larger than what another surveyor reported when we bought the house. I had problems with the initial surveyor so I called Drescher to have my irregular lot surveyed again. Drescher sent out a gentleman named Mike. Mike was on time and very personable and after some pleasant conversation I left him to do his job. When Mike was done he walked my wife and I around the correct property lines, explaining where the pins were and showing us the well marked stakes he put in. Sure enough the first surveying company did a very poor job. With the new, correct survey I added 25 ft to the back and almost 10 ft to the width. Now all my neighbors know where the property lines are! Thank you Mike!

Drescher & associates are honest and fair. They are very informative. I have a complicated piece of property that I purchased. Warren drescher took the time to give me the run down and valuable information on what I need to do to get this property in order and corrected. If there is a problem they will fix it. Highly recommend for their honesty and work ethics. They stand by their work and put customers first.
