Our experience with Window Depot was wonderful. Everyone that we dealt with from the salesman to the installers were great. They all knew their products very well and were very polite. And the windows we purchased are very nice and the cost to us was good.

I couldn't be happier with the new walk in shower installation we recently had done. During the tear out the workers were amazing keeping dust to a minimum and removing and taking all remnants of the old tile and bathtub. The installation of the walk in shower went smoothly and looks fabulous. So happy we had this done. Bathroom looks bigger, brighter and more airy.

I had my old shower gutted, and a new one installed and the Window Depot installer explained everything he did every step of the way and kept us updated. He and his partner were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves after each work day, and used a drop cloth so they didn't track anything throughout the house. They ran into problems along the way (no fault of their own), but everything was corrected before proceeding to the next step! I feel very comfortable now knowing everything was done right this time around!

Two years ago we had an excellent experience with the installation of 18 new windows. We could not have been happier with the product and the entire process. So we didn’t hesitate in contacting only Window Depot when deciding to install three new entrance doors and a storm door. It was very good to see familiar faces throughout the entire process as Alex helped guide us through the product selection process as he did in 2022 with our windows. Donnie followed up within the next couple days to confirm all the final measurements. Donnie is thorough, accurate and is very personable. The beautiful ProVia doors arrived earlier than expected with once again familiar faces arriving promptly on installation day. Eric and John installed our windows so we were happy to see them. Their workmanship was impeccable and when they left you wouldn’t have known they were here with exception of the beautiful results. I would recommend Window Depot highly.

Quality of work is great since their doors come from Provia and the installation was done in a day. I was happy that the sales person was able to show me options in home and adjust parts of the design in front of me to help match my price point. I do think the sales aspect is a little pushy though in terms of offering deals that only last while the sales person is in your house. Wish they would at least give you a few days to think it over. Otherwise very happy with our new back door and notice a huge difference in how well it is sealed from air and even bugs.

We had windows installed in September and I was asked for a rating of the product shortly after installation. I responded that I would do so after going
through the winter season.

Here we are in the spring and we are extremely pleased with our new windows. The change in windows and more importantly a great installation process proved extremely beneficial to us this winter. We could be near windows and not feel cold air and we did notice a difference in heating costs even though the winter was not extreme. The new windows compliment the whole house insulation we did a few years back. As our old windows were removed it was obvious the previous install process was not correct as there was no caulking etc used to create a seal … hence the drafty windows we experienced.

Thanks for a great product and installation process. We are very satisfied Window Depot customers.

We had new windows and a sliding door installed about two years ago. We are enjoying our new windows and door they look so nice. We had contacted window depot again this year, we had a new front door with sidelights and a new back door to the garage. Curt and Chris came out and installed the new doors. They were very professional, informative and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up the work area like they weren't even there. Everyone at Window Depot are great! From the initial scheduling for an estimate to install. Great customer service thanks to window depot!

If you are looking for windows I definitely recommend Window Depot. The time frame we were given from the start of the process until the end was accurate. Our salesman was also very thorough with answering questions. The installation team went above and beyond with installing the windows themselves. Especially with how difficult our windows were to put in. However, there are some reasons why I can’t give the full 5 stars. The cleanup wasn’t the best. There were pieces of plastic and a lot of wood shavings still lying around. We also found used cigarettes just thrown on the ground. They also left a piece of plastic on the outside of the window just hanging (as pictured). And finally our window sill got scraped pretty good (also pictured). But even with the negatives I would still choose this company again.
