Don’t expect to get any help when you walk in there the salesman will just set up their desk and stare at you. And when you finally do confront him and ask him for help, they still won’t get up from their desk. I act like your project isn’t big enough for them to help you. I’ll never go back. Or at least that’s what the two window Salesmen did.

I felt they were rude and had very poor customer service.
Would definitely not go back.

Found heavy, wood, front doors, with speak easy windows. Hard to find. 1k for what I wanted. Had others at $1500

I special ordered a pantry door for over $500, knowing it would take 6 weeks to arrive. I hadn't heard anything from the salesman on the day I was told it would arrive at their store, so I waited a couple days then called. He said it wasn't in yet, and he would call me back after he checked on it. He didn't call me back. Long story short, I made many calls over the next few weeks/months checking on the status of our door. Never did they call to tell me that it was delayed, I always initiated the communication. Never did they apologize it was taking so much longer to come in than I had been told. Never did they provide any reason for that being the case. I finally just cancelled the order and requested a refund. Awful, awful costumer service experience. I went to M&M Lumber where I ordered a similar special order door. It arrived in 10 days (the time frame they estimated), they called me when it came in, and it cost $150...a fraction of what I had paid at Mill Creek. I will never go back.

Ordered doors for a client in October. Client paid in full. I was told by Rusty it was about a week lead time. We scheduled the install with my construction crew for today. Last week I emailed at least twice to check on the doors, since it had been 5 weeks I was positive they would have been in but never received a call to let me know. No response to either of my emails. Here it is the day of our install and my contractor goes to pick up the doors and start the job and hey guess what - no doors. Pretty sure they never got ordered in the first place?!?! Now I am told the doors will be here Thursday. My entire construction schedule is pushed back a whole week. This is immensely frustrating to my clients, my contractors, and my design/remodeling firm. ESPECIALLY since I had emailed twice to check in. I shouldn't even have to check on it at all! Once I place the order I expect it to be done. If I had to call and check on each item I order for a remodel job it would take up all my time. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
