The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with not to mention the quality of stone and workmanship were the best all for very reasonable cost. I will definitely continue doing business with them when needed in the future.

From the moment we walked in the showroom, everyone was so helpful. Our build, as a whole, has been one nightmare after another but Lorena was always patient and supportive through the process of picking out and getting our countertops installed. By far, one of the most pleasant projects in our build. Lorena always had advice, suggestions and there to answer all of our questions. The installers were the best part of the experience of getting new granite the sales rep was nice but when I had a problem she accused me instead of sending someone to help me figure out the problem

TERRIBLE customer service. Allied Gallery cut 2 samples out of my purchased slab by mistake and expected me to eat it. Allied would not offer any discount. The slab matched 2 previous slabs we purchased from Allied, no care, no consideration. Destroyed my project. Allied Gallery did not care. I've had to ask for my refund twice now.

I am a contractor and have used many companies that do solid surface. In this case, I bought a home that Allied Stone had installed the countertop. There were chips in the sink and the sink hole was not cut correctly. They could’ve refused to serve me.

I dealt with Cindy Turner and her assistant through the process of figuring out what we could do. They were always in great communication with me and returned every email and call.

I am getting a new install today because they are making it right. These installers are awesome.

It’s a bittersweet day because I am ready to have this behind me but it means I won’t be talking to the sweetest people on earth.

Anyone can sell and install stone but only the great companies service after a sale.

I highly recommend Allied Stone!
