Marvelous! That's about all that needs to be said, but proof. You probably want proof, details, and all of the nitty gritty.

Time:
From booking to completion was 2 weeks. We did 2 sides of our home at about 5 feet wide and 29 feet long.

Money:
Half $ up front and half at completion. What was nice is they did days worth of prep before asking for the first payment for the concrete truck, which arrived the next day. I appreciated that. Prices were equal to or below 4 others quotes we procured.

Quality:
Impressive. They built a retaining wall on both sides of our house (pic), installed a gutter drain under the concrete with the popup (pic), lifted and repoured concrete under the air conditoner, and ensured water would not pool anywhere and always run away from the house. Contraction joints were cut all the way to the house instead of 14" short. (You'd want them all the way and not short) Rebar was laid before the pour and from what I've seen online, rebar > mesh.

Cleanup:
All concrete spills or splatters were cleaned up wherever they occurred. Minimal spillage on the yard and after it dried, they raked it to ensure the grass stayed healthy and rock free. Returned dirt they removed from the job site to fill in the 4" divide between the new concrete and the lawn.

Knowledge:
Few companies I have done business with have given me the peace of mind that AAC did. They really know their stuff and I'd be surprised if you had anything to pour that they couldn't address. They also went above and beyond helping us get our gutters to drain away from the home, which was not a part of the initial bid.

Few companies I recommend doing business with more than All American Concrete. Thank you for helping us out and doing such an amazing job.

Ryan and his sons did great work adding to my back patio and concrete headwalls for my tin horn.
