Working with Charles and Levy on my 5 pool luxury airbnb project has been fantastic. They finished just in time for busy season and I’ve been able to start renting these out for $1,000+ a night with the added pool.

This is the first pool that we did, and it was really more of a tester than anything else. I wanted it simple and I wanted it quick. They finished in just 1.75 months. I just wish I would’ve added a path way to the pull it has started to cause people to track grass in the house. This is just me being picky because they throughly thought through just about everything else on the other projects. But ultimately I got what I asked for simple and quick.

Thunder Pools did a fantastic job on our family pool. They worked swiftly which was really important to us because our daughter’s 12th birthday was over this past weekend and we wanted it done by her birthday. They did give us a bit of a scare that the pool wasn’t going to fill in time we thought there was just no way! but of course like Levy said many times “trust the process”. Our daughter and her friends had an amazing swim party this past weekend before the rain brought the party inside.

I have contracted Levy and Charles to build my pools for my luxury airbnbs. We are doing 5 total. My goal was to them all finished up in time for summer and the last one just finished filling up today! I am so excited that my guest will be able to use these for the summer. I have different things to say about each one so I’m going to post them separately.

This is the first one we finished. I took pictures right after it was done and then again this after noon. They did such a great job with this I just wish I had added more light! Levy told me to but really this isn’t a personal pool and wanted to save a few bucks. It looks great during the day but a little dim at night. Still 5 stars because I was the one who didn’t opt for the lighting.
