Not very good with existing construction. 3 outlet changes took three days, multiple of my own people and videos, and a call to their management. They do show up so 2 stars for that.

Dylan and Derrick arrived to handle our electrical issue, called when they arrived and I didn't hear my phone, called them back 10 minutes later and they were like "yeah we're here". It was a blessing they didn't just move on to the next job. They were polite, professional and handled the job quickly. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

This company is dishonest and predatory.
My property management company is looking into why they charged me $260 to find and malfunctioning outlet and replacement.
Even when I called them they charge 150 for the same service (which is still ridiculous) when other companies changed 75 service call and 100 an hour … I blacklisted my property management from calling them again unless they can justify their charge and give me an itemized breakdown of labor, parts and time spent on the property (which they didn’t provide in their invoice).

So happy and relieved with the wonderful work that the guys from Bliss Electric performed. They are reasonably priced and professional in their work; we are very happy with the job they completed for us. They came right through the back gate, complete with their backpacks filled with tools and went right to work. I called in hopes of getting help ASAP. I had company coming for a wedding and needed to hook up a generator as my area had lost power. They had someone at my home in minutes. He worked to get the job done and showed me how to disconnect and hook up my new generator. They also have a 24 hour hot line in case I had questions. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Due to a complication with an appliance delivery, we were stuck with calling an electrician to come out ASAP to install outlets for us. Not only was Tadd Bliss very friendly and patient with all of my questions, but he was also able to send out a technician within a few hours, and we even avoided paying an emergency fee. Tadd called later that day to ensure everything went OK. I can’t say enough great things about the experience. Despite the unexpected expense we faced, Bliss Electric was fair and reasonable. They have my business for the future!
