Beware of this company. No customer service or courtesy what so ever. Threatened my elderly client with a lien on their property after no communication of a past due amount. There were multiple parties involved, a stressful move for the family, and countless other issues. This company is rightfully owed their money,BUT to make one phone call with no prior notices and state they will be placing a lien on the property is in my opinion disgusting. The week before Christmas at that. I immediately paid the balance for my client, my clients have not denied or ever said they would not pay legitimately forgot and they want to place a lien because they can’t communicate.

Heartland was great! Initially started off with questions to Kyla about how the process would work, bid’s & availability. She was friendly, answered all of my questions and once confirmed the team was out the following Monday.

They called an hour before coming out. They marked out the section from the nearby crossroad, then each of the property corners & a less section. They were able to mark out with pins and stakes around 18 acres in an hour and a half working around trees, shrubs and ditches. This cleared up the property lines that were questionable with a neighbor and now we have peace of mind with it set correctly.

Ryan & Tanner we’re friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and let me see how the process worked.

Very happy with the services, friendliness, & helpfulness provided. Based on this experience would recommend them to anyone.

They made our surveying without survey pins. We told them that we want to come to property during survey time but they did not notified us about their coming. We ended up without survey pins on our property and now have to hire another surveyor to get those pins on 4 corners of our property. Very poor communication and customer satisfaction.

Heartland did an outstanding job surveying a piece of property I sold. The guys in the field were kind and very helpful. The owner, was able to complete the legal description in a timely manner. Can't say enough about this surveying company. I will definitely give them a big thumbs up.
