To say I'm a little disappointed is an understatement. I called 3 times this week to make sure I could rent a garden tiller, everything checks out Ron seems nice. But the equipment isn't well kept. I sent my husband to get it this morning and he says the string broke on one twic and then on another one it too forever to turn over. We needed to get the garden in this week so we went ahead with the rental… we get it home and it doesn’t run smoothly at all and some places it just skips over. I tried to talk my husband into a plow but he insisted this place was a great place… I think now he is even disappointed. I maybe looking at buying one for next year after this or maybe going somewhere else. I am very disappointed but I guess it is what it is since we have to have it. But I definitely won’t be back.

Update*OK so Ron offered to come out to the house and fix it but we had stuff to do this afternoon and my husband was making it work But honestly country equipment in Newcastle Is cheaper and I know this because my mom rented the weekend before and better quality or I guess better managed equipment I will just drive out of my way next time to go there. Personally, we have a tiller but we wanted something bigger. That would be easier on my husband’s back so I guess next time we will either drive to Newcastle or just use our little one.

Ron is really Good to work with. We rented a 19 ft sissor lift one weekend and a boom lift the next and the price was lower than most other places and it was convenient. Thanks
